Will our ceremony florals be repurposed for our reception?

In most cases we are able to repurpose your ceremony florals for your reception, but it is dependant on your selected florals.

Are there any additional costs associated with our booking such as set up or pack down fees?

We do not charge any extra set up or pack down fees additionally to your quote.

Is the provided quote inclusive of GST?

Yes, this is represented on your initial invoice.

Is there a public holiday surcharge?

Yes, a 10% public holiday surcharge applies.

Can we take home florals after our wedding?

Of course! We typically pack up your florals to be picked up the morning following your wedding.

Can you do split weddings with other florists or family members?

To keep a lovely consistent design, we offer a full floral service and create all of your flowers ourselves with no second party.

Do you work with wedding stylists?

We are happy to work with your planner/stylist to create your perfect wedding.

Do you deliver bridal party flowers off-site?

As we are the in-house florist we exclusively deliver your flowers on-site at Stones of the Yarra Valley.  

If you are staying on-site we will deliver to the Day Room, The Villa or The Farmhouse. If you are staying off-site, flowers will be delivered to your nominated onsite vestry or bridal suite.

Can we have floral styling in the Chapel and no floral styling at the reception?

We take pride in our work and like to ensure that your reception looks lovely. As a minimum we offer either foliage garlands, simple bud vases or pillar candles en masse.
